The user detailed several examples of unexpectedly high costs, including £2,500 plus VAT and 1% of capital raised for fundraising features, £2,500 plus VAT for employee option agreements, and a minimum of £1,500 plus 5% for R&D tax credit reclaim services. They compared these prices to significantly cheaper alternatives available through other professional firms or even for free online.
